I would love that those who need to be there are able to come regardless of ability to pay. And to support my sustainability, I would love to receive an average of £30 per person for the day.To enable people to come for whom £30 is not possible, I would need those who can afford to, to pay between £35-45 and those who can’t to pay what they can.

Who are the days for?
They could be for you if you relate to one or more of these statements:
Format for the day
The format of the day will start with ‘connection time’ – which may include a short NVC-related quote or poem with responses followed by what we call a ‘check in’.
This will lead us into hearing requests from people about how to spend the rest of our day together.
They could be for you if you relate to one or more of these statements:
- I am longing to take time and slow down to connect with myself in a supportive environment
- I am fed up with being caught in my thoughts and want to connect more with my heart and deeper needs
- I am fed up with everyone's advice! And I need inspiration so that I can find fresh solutions to my problems
- I need someone to support me find my 'blind spots' in a non-judgmental way
- I just need some empathy, no one really listens to me!
- I wish I could stop judging myself so harshly
- I really want to be more authentic with the people around me but I am afraid of their reactions!

"Penny's guidance led me into a process engaging with my fears surrounding disconnection, leading me into the heart of my experience and some of the roots of my fear, gently guiding me out into a place of greater connection with those around me" Reece Hughes (music teacher).... read more |

Living NVC can include
Usually there is a mix of people with more and less experience with NVC and this is of benefit to everyone.
- Witnessing others explore a life challenge whilst being empathically held by Penny (and/or others)
- Exploring a challenge you have in your life
- Discovering what it is like to be deeply heard without someone trying to 'fix it' for you
- Experiencing yourself as a valid and important member of the group - learning to balance your own and others' needs
- Exploring a specific aspect of NVC if it seems useful to the group,
- Being led through a ‘self-empathy’ process
- Having someone ‘role play’ a person you have challenges with so that you get to practice a different way.
- You role-playing the other person whilst someone with experience uses NVC to listen empathically
- the as-yet-unknown!

"I found that through the real expression of how I was feeling and being heard and accepted and listening to others express themselves that this led to a space of freedom, connection, acceptance and creativity. My engagement and appreciation of life and others returned. It felt like a rich, fun and safe space." Beth - read more |

“I am always astonished at what comes up in these trusting, held spaces. The unexpected…and yet always a gift - healing, inspiration, a greater understanding of myself, possibilities, a feeling of warmth with other participants" A Jones |
